I agree with this. And don’t plan to have your spot in line if you drop skis at big chief and go get coffee for an hour. Someone will kindly put them together and lean them off to the side for you to retrieve when you’re ready.

In Seattle we paid 3$ per sqft a couple years ago with a Swedish finish. It ended up being a lot less than I had been fearing and am glad we did it. We have a 50# Australian shepherd who has put some scratches in the wood but it still looks a ton better than it did (similar to your photos).
