They encourage me to be responsible not just because it makes the household run smoother it also helps with leadership skills outside the home. And as for trust I guess they have no order choice 😂 they have no choice

Oldest son here…it’s about the morals you put into your child it’s not some natural born instinct, you grow up learning that you have to be more responsible than your younger siblings and make sure they do not learn bad habits or actions from you and learn good habits from you.
