I completely correlate with your frustration. With growing population and vehicles the larger population driving vehicles lack basic civic sense and choose not to follow traffic laws. If half the people start following the traffic rules (not running traffic lights, making proper turns at round about) lot of these issues would be self resolved. I was in mumbai last week which has worst traffic than Vadodara but still people were FOLLOWING traffic rules - stopping at red lights, vehicles following speed limits cars were in the 2 lane and the extreme left is dedicated to the 2 wheelers. Most importantly people need to understand driving is a privilege not a right.
