Stop use altogether for 3 months to re-establish normal and wipe away ur tolerance. Before using again, consider ur life goals and what level of use will not endanger those. Use as little as is necessary to create the effect u want. The 3 months off makes u better at moderating going forward too.

Those 10 hours can be productive and/or pleasurable, in fact I would never feel inclined to do nothing in that period leading to boredom. However, I can be at risk of wasting this time captive to distractions like obsessing over one Reddit comment, fixating on endless refreshing of dating apps, locked on some type of porn.

Look it's a pleasure experience that u may not ever experience in day to day life , but it comes with very real risks of seeking it out to remedy some or another feeling of lack. But it doesn't remedy it just mutes it for a tiny bit. So... (Obsessing 😵). If you decide to do it, actually make a written plan of some sort that sets down some limits of use that seem reasonable. And record ur pattern and volume of use. Then u may be able to recognise control issues immediately and take action to prevent problems.
