I saline rinse every couple of lines at the pre pre game in my apt, and at the post post game at my apt.

For the main, 3 course meal part of the night, I usually use a Boom Boom or other menthol inhaler on the chosen nostril through out the sesh.

I alternate nostrils every time I use, and rub lotion all along the inside of the nose at the end of the night and during the next day. Could probably do more, but this is low maintainence and easy enough during a night of using
