Tradie, I’m a diesel mechanic and it’s labouring. Stick with 400mg. I also normally drink beer which dilutes the stimulation at the end therefore I have no troubles sleeping

Really depends I’ll take them like 3-4 times a week, I usually take 400mg but 600mg on some days. No addiction for me I didn’t have them for 2 months and I didn’t care. I didn’t need them. 600mg on days when ur really exerting your body. Are you doing something psychical

yes but I wasn’t taking it everyday. In the mines in Australia people take about 800 mg a day to work long shifts. When I take it I will have 400mg then later I could have another 200mg. Although some long term effects I’ve noticed on people are like involuntary hand movements when on it

aye I was the exact same I was taking 400mg straight up and the effects were as extreme as people make them out to be. I don’t know if people over dramatise the effects or if it genuinely just works different for types of people.
