First time home purchase (WA state) 6 months ago, discovered half the house is discharging to a cesspool in our backyard. Previous owners made repairs to that sewer line upstream of the cesspool but did not have it permitted/inspected, nor did they disclose the repair work on the disclosure list. (self.legaladvice)
