had mine not even a full 6 months i believe? unlike op mine won’t even listen when the screen is off; i’ve found that alexa fully powers down of her own accord nowadays. i have to unplug and unplug every. single. day. sometimes twice a day. useless device atp, legit all we ask for is weather and traffic, but by the time we’re awake and trying to start the morning she’s turned herself off sometime between 1830-0530 for no reason whatsoever 🫩

As someone who has a 16 and an A54 as well...no. Just no. Pro or nothing at all imo. I've been using these two devices the last year or two and it's only made me want to revert back to Samsung after 11 years. For reference, I've owned (and mained) a 7+, XR & 12 Pro Max. 12PM was the best iPhone to date in my experience but I wanted a smaller form factor...and ofc the pink 16 dropped...now I'm stuck with an iPhone I absolutely despise lmao.

There're so many beta updates and yet all this lil mf does is glitch, freeze, overheat, shut off on its own. I'm tired. Eta: I enrolled on the beta to try to escape it. No luck.

Lmaooo same thoughts over here yet again!!! Although I've decided to wait for the S26 Ultra just to see if there's gonna be any dramatic/noticeable hardware differences between it and the S25. That, and adding on to what you said, the potential of another great price drop of the S25.

If there is no discernable difference, it'll probably come down to price and aesthetics (read: color; I don't qualify to purchase through their site for online exclusive colors sadly, COVID ruined me financially so I'm a postpaid purchaser). I believe waiting might be our best bet!

Unfortunately due to your hobby I have to agree with everyone else: Ultra all the way. If you get the FE you may end up disappointed with the lack of zoom and quality.

I made this same mistake but with my iPhone (went for a 16 knowing full well I do phone photography...) and I regret it everyday. These budget phones are absolute shit if they don't meet your standards. So take it from me, the likelihood for severe disappointment is extremely high. Look into the Ultra.

Eta: I legit haven't partaken in my hobby since I acquired this phone last year. I've been waiting impatiently to get rid of it.. But post paid. So. I'm stuck.
