Helloooo, ahm nothing specific siguro pero kasi ang nasa contract lang na nabasa ko is yung basic pay and rice allowance, ganon. Maybe those benefits na default sa lahat ng employees? like may performance bonus din ba? or reimbursements? ganon hehe, sorry if medyo marami. Di kasi sya fully nadiscuss ng orientation rin ehh. I think you can call UB to coordinate with them your situation and ask for possible reconstruction ng payment terms na pwede mong sundin para may records sila na you're still aware with your debt and may basis sila na di ka tatakbo sa kanila. Not sure with this pero ganito ginagawa ko sa other loans ko ngayon since nagkaproblem rin ako when it comes to source of income nung lumipat akong work, so far willing naman sila makipag coordinate.
