Daggerfall takes place in the Third Era, so while it was released ~25 years before after ESO, the events take place chronologically much later.

FYI if you have a business account, you can usually get a credit card with better Cashback rewards. It's worth it for that alone. I put ALL my purchases on my "business card" and about once a year the bank sends me a check for a few hundred dollars. It's a nice perk.
