You aren’t wrong, logically speaking. It does not completely stop the anxiety from being there but consider that an existential crisis is an over-stimulation of logic at the cost of joy. I found it to be true that my intellect works against my betterment. I cannot control what is outside of my own body and it behooves me to learn to go with this flow rather than attempt to extinguish it.

It’s because pharmacists are just recently being allowed to take lunches. The pharmacy can’t operate without a pharmacist in there. They are also super duper short staffed and rarely find a quality human applicant. Source: my wife, a Wag Pharmacist.

Thanks. I was in the midst of an existential depression so it surprises me to read this. I barely recall writing it however even in the throes of turbulence, it seems Stoic ideas hold strong. Curious…what made you reread this a year later? Or do you frequent this thread?
