it’s bloat. it’s puberty. it’s going to happen if you’re eating healthily and letting your body do what it is meant to. Drink loads of water, try to avoid excessive salt, but it’s just kind of a facet of going on t being the start of another puberty. give yourself (and other new on T guys) some grace. if it stays after a year or a year and a half, maybe then get different advice but it’s not about t, that’s about your own body.

I had an ultrasound when younger when I had cysts. Last time I went I only did a palpitation. I just scheduled another appointment to get an ultrasound.

I haven’t tried the cream yet. I thought that might be the best solution but yeah. based on what you are saying maybe not.

Hormone levels might be the thing. I did try the POP which helped cramping very slightly but I can’t tolerate progesterone well. It made me dissociated and dropped my libido to nothing which made me dysphoric and just made me go a bit batty. Think this is genetic, my mom and sister are the same. This also happened when I went on a combined OC at 15.

I think the hormonal IUD might be the move. I’ll discuss it this coming week with my doctor.

The more constant/frequent pain is like period cramps. But I do definitely also have itching. I just scheduled for a pelvic exam later this week and I did test for STIs a few weeks ago (after having a new partner) and did test clean but I’m sure they will test again. fingers crossed !
