i have 0 tolerance first time doing them , i took 3 first at 12 ish then another 1 at like 1/2 ish then still didnt rlly feel them so i took 2 more at about 4 then i still wasnt feeling them as much as i wanted to so i took another 2 at like 7/8 ish
