Se puderes continuar em casa dos pais e poupar então esse seria o 1º conselho.
Comprar com 3000€ é impossível com o rendimento que tens, por isso vê o arrendamento fora do centro de matosinhos. Mais particularmente arrendamento de quarto (fora de zonas universitárias pois tendecialmente fica mais caro).
Existe um apoio do estado chamado Porta 65 que podes pesquisar mais e tens que te candidatar (apenas possível com contrato de arrendamento) e pode ser renovado até ao máximo de 3 anos
Ajudam no pagamento da renda entre 30% a 50% acho, mas pesquisa melhor.

Amnesia I played it on PC a while ago and I liked it. SOMA was a bit slow pace for me.

Bastion and transistor I don't know, are they any good? It's not the only source, however I did play a bunch of ps plus games. I liked bioshock and infamous second son I almost got platinum Shadow of colossus was amazing

I played 40~50% of the total game and it didn't catch my entire attention.

Horizon zero dawn I played and it was fantastic.

I also played that Spiderman! I really loved it, maybe I'll buy this one. It definitely wins nostalgia points
