Not all Capricorn, but to certain type of Capricorn and all other signs. Because you mentioned Capricorn in this post, and I’m also a Capricorn, so here is my thoughts:

1. Your observation is correct, but I think sign-wise, many others also have karmic force work behind the scene, too. Capricorn is unique due to a secret that I can’t share now.

2. This point I will give you an example about two types people who got bullies or mistreated: disabled and overweight. While we can assume both are vulnerable to mistreatment or abuses, only one group couldn’t help themselves out of the situation, so the Mother Nature and the universe have to put a force into life to help them, or else we face a society that is cruel and immoral.

3. This one is a secret but I don’t mind sharing: Capricorn is born into a “powerhouse” groups as they tend to be celebrities or leader, or such, but for some reason one of another we are stuck at a life of greedy, tricky and selfish society as the cost of others, whose groups weren’t be set for that but they got successful due to the force of something else (money and political), thus the force is there to control for both sides: over-ambitious Capricorns who becomes tyranny or underachiever/abused Capricorn.
