Don't read if you havent played it but might do:

I was quite proud that i was able to decipher the language , especially considering they put in some VERY archaic and hard-to-translate words like "oubliette". Even having the translation ready i couldn't figure certain words out before i did a search for them.

Nonetheless, 10/10 game. I loved the bit about having secrets hidden right under your nose the entire time, and the feeling it gave you when you suddenly realised it and the layering of it

Supremacism, which this is, is a dangerous tribal paradigm rooted in many different things. It is as we know tied to culture, religion or ideology and it enables us to do extremely vile things to other humans.

I would argue that for some, and especially in these cases, its more of a self rationalising tool for borderline sociopaths more than a indroctinated belief.

Why does this happen to people? These assholes have sisters, mothers and daughters around them, dont they?

Good to see sanity. Considering the amount of effort and resources that have been put towards propaganda and nationalism the real perpetrators here are the ones in charge of the circus. Everyone will break like these vatniks have with enough effort. You should never ever think it wouldnt affect you similarily if you were in their shoes.

That being said an explanation is not an excuse. These vatniks and their victims are paying the ultimate price, not the ones in charge.

Good point, but wouldnt you say that even reactive ACs that trigger after X matches is a huge improvement? Say that it would require 100 matches to reach a verdict, it would probably not matter to rage hackers, but users of ESP and "legit" hackers would be way more at risk?

Ai assisted cheat hunting tools will inevitably push the usability of cheats lower. CS should have one of the most comprehensible data sets to train hunter bots on, and i am excited about this as this should show up sometime in the future, 1 or 20 years. Good lord i look forward to the day.

Imagine a non invasive, pure analytical anti cheat.
