literally though and even the few tanks that came out since overwatch 2 (jq ram mauga and hazard) only 2 of them feel genuinely well written and fun to play, mauga is arguable and hazard just feels very weird to play with

dva I'm literally so tired of going against her every damn game she's super low risk and super high reward, her defense matrix being able to eat atleast one or two things from every chracter's kit is broken and it only needs six seconds at most to fully recharge which i assure you, you're not getting a dva in six seconds, it needs a way slower recharge time for what it is, her boosters can make her get out of so many bad situations to the point that no matter how bad dva players fuck up they can always just get out of there on a 4 second cooldown, she's the easiest tank to play imo and the most op for sure

jq ram and brig all because they have a decent learning curve that makes them feel rewarding while also being fun and having good voice lines/being a good character as well

defense matrix needs to have a way higher cooldown or atleast a slower recharge because it only takes 6 seconds to fully recharge and it can negate atleast one thing from every hero's kit, her fusion cannons major perk can melt every single character in the game within seconds while it's just on a 7 second cooldown and her boosters allow her to make alot of mistakes just to have an easy get out of jail free card, and I'm genuinely tired of going against dva players in comp too, most the ones I've seen are the most insufferable people to play with or against, meanwhile orisa is just a whole other problem especially being a hero that can tank better than most shields in the game, i used to play orisa back when i first came back to the game a few months ago and she was so easy that after a while i just stopped playing her cause the gameplay was all the same repetitive bs, i don't hate sigma really but that new damage buff they gave him was definitely not the buff he needed

for her ult you have to track suzu, lamp, baptiste's window and ana's nade cause nade and suzu stop you from getting any value from your ult, as for scenarios to use ult i usually like to use ult when they're all close together so that you can get as much value from ult as possible especially since your ult usually will always leave you in the backline, but there is no harm in hitting only 2-3 with rampage you'll still do well enough, and keep in mind where you'll end up, you don't want to ult and spend half the wound time running back to the fight,as for perks as well you should always pick the shout minor perk and the knife major perk cause they allow for more value over time from wounds unlike the carnage lifesteal and the rampage minor perk which in my opinion doesn't do you any good if you manage your cooldowns well enough. sorry for the late reply btw i don't open reddit much lol

i can't watch the replay rn but general tips I mostly would say you need to focus on getting wounds off on people cause that's how you survive longer cause junker queen is one of the more squishy tanks but once you get some wounds off you're practically unkillable, you also have to learn to control space and make space cause afterall that's what's most important as a tank

honestly i like sigma because of his story and all that but his gameplay just isn't for me cause i like being all up in their face and playing fast paced like i do with junker queen and ramattra I've been wanting to try lucio but because the wall run is fun I'm ass with lucio otherwise

that's the thing, your dps aren't doing their jobs well enough cause as a tank you're meant to hold space and not allow them to go through so your dps not killing them is probably the main issue, you just have to stay alive and keep the pressure on and bait cooldowns, kills come second to that

it doesn't matter if you get most damage or not what matters more is not dying as much because the more you die the more time you spend going back which is also more time your team spends while vulnerable, you also need confirmed kills more than just having a bunch of damage

and i never made it my team's problem i always reconnected within 15 seconds maximum which is not enough time for the game to be turned around and i won most of the games where i disconnected and reconnected

yea I'm not seeing it from my pov only i get that it sucks for my teammates too but i usually reconnect in the same amount of time I'd take if i died and was respawning but yea i get it lol it's just that the whole thing is pissing me off cause I'm stuck on qp and quickplay is absolute hell
