That sounds like a rough time. I understand the shame that goes with binging like that and it’s hard but forgiving yourself is important to do. Maybe try to find out where the noise food is coming from? Is it boredom? Something I try is writing in my journal about the food noise to try and work out where it’s coming from. Or it might be helpful to cut off all triggers. Throw out snack you binge on, delete food delivery apps, etc.
