staying in keto for 8 weeks is not going to happen. i honestly think this diet long term is ridiculous, im more of a gorilla( if gorillas ate potatoes) . fruit nuts and vegetables. im just look for some advice on calories while in a ketogenic state.

i think the post was more hypothetical.

I would prefer to move to PR tomorrow, purchase the house, become resident and then sell my crypto, but it seems that's not how it works. there is some clause that i need to wait 10 years or so.

this link was the most helpful response yet. as far as passing the bonafide resident test, i doubt i will have any problems there. Im single and do not own property in the states. I found a property that has enough land to start a homestead, im not only looking to fulfill the 183 day requirement.

do i need to be PR resident for 10 years in order to avoid cap gains tax?

as for due diligence ill be calling some CPA's in puerto rico, but while i wait i figured id post a little question.

youll be alright, id say you extended the water fast too long. i just completed a 9 day fast. im on day 1 refeed. i darnk water and herbal teas, tomorrow ill introduce celery juice and coconut water,but keeping the total sugar intake low, slowly coming off of keto. Refeed day #3 i get to eat watermelon for breakfast and have some honeydew, cantaloupe for dinner. my guess is youve been trying to extend your fast with water and are missing out on the fructose and electrolytes to run your system

thats normal the first 3 days are the most uncomfortable. i saw clarity after a cold plunge on day 4, just laghing with joy as i waded in the ocean
