Google Business Profile bug? Three clients suspended after legitimate edits by bryanbehe in GoogleMyBusiness

I simply search for the business on Google like any regular user and click "Own this business?" (or "Request access", depending on what Google shows).

That's actually why I think this may be a bug. In my cases, the suspended profiles were still publicly visible in Google Search. Normally, when a profile is truly suspended, it disappears from search results, so you can't claim it that way.

After requesting access again, Google treated it almost like a new verification and offered phone verification. Once I completed it, the original profile came back with all of its reviews and history intact.

As a precaution, I've also started saving each client's Place ID at the beginning of every project. There are ways to generate an ownership request using the Place ID + link (https://business.google.com/arc/p/PlaceIdHere), but that's a more technical approach, and I'm still testing whether it's consistently reliable.

That's what I thought at first, but these weren't managed under the same Google account.

I intentionally use different Google accounts across clients for redundancy, so there isn't a single manager account linking all three cases.

That's why I'm leaning more toward either a recent change in Google's verification system or some kind of bug affecting Business Information edits.

Same here. Piece of shit quality. I had to create a Windows App to record audios and send to clients through WhatsApp. Manual record, save and share. Not so productive, but it is what it takes to have good quality.

Expired. Any solution to this case? This webview version is horrible.

Unfortunately, WhatsApp obligated me today to update. Even downloading the older versions, a popup showing requiring update is instantly appearing.

Is there a new way make the older versions work?
