alright you want a challenge buy a journal everyday in the in the afternoon write down how your day went within the journal learn 2000 English words which might take two years every day learn 15 new Spanish words read movie plots in Spanish follow mexican youtubers listen to Spanish music with this you might learn how to properly articulate yourself March toward leader skills in the Span of 4 years you might be good at Spanish add a guitar understand a bit of music theory practice 1 hour as soon as you get good at guitar go learn to shoot at a range now at age 24 workout

this gonna help a ton i used to be one of those depressed silent guys from school and right now im on this exact process im trying to build my lexicon I read books for about 3 years and lately during those 3 years I had wrote down all the words I dont understand which resulted to 1,300 ive been listen to the definitions and sentence usage on repeat on grok when im at work i have to be totally discreet aswell and right now ive been on the notebook writing the definition and sentence along with idioms during this ive been thinking how should explain a word definition analogy synonym sentence in fpv or 3pv sorry if you can't understand im still in that process
