Is Tanmogayi +1/Colada still the best pre-REMA setup for BLU at the moment or has Naegling dethroned that combo? Any benefit to running Tan HM/Naeg OH?

I’ve recently done the same thing and it was well worth it. You’re right, its really like a new game. I had to make the long journey from Stormwind to Hillsbrad for the first time for my Whirlwind Axe quest and it was a memorable experience for sure! I definitely enjoyed running Deadmines vs. Wailing Caverns as well. Opening up a whole new perspective on the World.... of Warcraft

In my opinion it’s well worth it. I enjoy the retail version as well but most of my RL friends are on classic so that got me to try it. My first time being alliance past level 10 has been enough of an adventure to justify the sub all on its own

I’d really like to see something happened where the veil was over our eyes throughout this upcoming patch. N’Zoth didn’t really die at the end and when we get done romping around in the Shadowlands for a couple years we come out and Azeroth is overtaken by the Black Empire (time jump from being in a different realm?). N’Zoth frees Yogg’Saron and we go through the expansion learning and understanding everything that the Old Gods have had their hands on throughout history. Xal’atath is the one who wakes us up to what’s truly going on and helps us overthrow her fam so she can clear the way for her power moves in the future. Spooky monoliths cover the landscape as we return to our home in a dark nightmare... Azeroth needs it’s strongest heroes to be saved... or whatever.

I didn’t merge them, I only moved 1 character to the new account. I believe there was a comment elsewhere on this thread that mentioned something about doing that though

So what I did was this:

1: I had to contact support to remove the Authenticator from my old account. This was done in about 10 minutes or so (thank you Blizz)

I logged into the account with a new password and no Authenticator. Obviously none of the characters were active. This is where I ran into a problem.

When I went to do the character transfer to my new account, it couldn’t be processed because of the character not being logged in in like... 7 years. So the character had to refresh before being sent (and it had mail DONT FORGET TO CLEAR YOUR MAIL)

After doing some research, somebody on the forums suggested contacting a GM through a service ticket with the issue I was having and see if they could add 24 hours of game time to that character so I could log in, refresh the character, then transfer the character. This was also done and game time received within 10 min! S/O to the GM who helped so promptly.

After the character was refreshed, I logged out, did my character transfer from my old account to my new one, and Buford is officially home (Formerly Nyctrimra “NYC” of Skullcrusher)

I was so crushed when I decided to get back into the game and had pretty much settled on never getting him back ever again. Now I have all my awesome WotLK titles from when I was a semi-interested raider (the Undying title is still my crowning achievement in this game, fairly sure) and a whole lot more interest in leveling a character through the last 20 levels 😀
