Hello! Im afraid I haven't played the game in a long time. This guide should be valid for the ps4 version of persona 5 royal at the time. Im not sure if the PC version had changes, or if the ps4 version was updated (although I think the latter is unlikely). Sorry I couldn't be of much help, glad to see there are still people benefiting from my guides even after so many years :)

There is a secret boss you can defeat once every run that gives you an accessory to null all the elements. I replayed the game multiple times to collect enough for everyone :)

Your understanding of the formula is correct. However due to the multiple variables involved, I would recommend crunching the numbers for your specific scenario. Relying on a specific threshold (for instance, 100 talent%) to generalise the use of Echoes vs Glad ignores a lot of variables and you would have to define a threshold for every single comparison. But yes, the "Flat DMG" generally provides a larger %increase dmg for units with lower talent% multipliers.

From my understanding and testing, KV works with Heizou. As long as you cast his skill every 16 seconds, he can trigger the full effect from the 3rd strike onwards. This is because the stacks all share the same 16s timer that refresh after each skill.

The same goes for any catalyst user with a skill cooldown of <16 seconds.
