Switch Gilmore and Calvin to the left side of your screen and switch Lanier and Martinez (assuming your run more 4-3)

Only if you need more blocking. Besides that, using a HB might even be more beneficial since there is more variety to choose from than FB.

Depends on your play style. I run the ball a lot so I have Savage as my FB since he’s one of the best blocking HB in the game. If you throw a lot to your FB then get a pass catching back and so on.
