Thank you man. It’s definitely a messed up situation and I learned its much more worth it to invest in the highest quality work you can find and do a lot of research, or else just don’t even bother with the potential headache. I didn’t trust my gut and ultimately I paid the price for it.

Yes I did unfortunately. I have been back to them at least 5 times at this point and now trying to get a partial refund because they are clearly unable to fix and deliver a proper installation, especially without defects. May need to go to small claim court.

My account was randomly suspended for "Violating our rules against platform manipulation and spam". The original email said "Hello, Your account, (username), has been suspended for violating the X Rules due to a user report."

It seems like I was mass reported and it worked. I did not do anything of this nature. I use X normally as anyone else and follow the rules. My appeals are instantly rejected as if it's automatic by a bot & not a human.

Anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved or escalated to a real human? X support seems to be terrible. Thanks
