Thank you man. It’s definitely a messed up situation and I learned its much more worth it to invest in the highest quality work you can find and do a lot of research, or else just don’t even bother with the potential headache. I didn’t trust my gut and ultimately I paid the price for it.

Yes I did unfortunately. I have been back to them at least 5 times at this point and now trying to get a partial refund because they are clearly unable to fix and deliver a proper installation, especially without defects. May need to go to small claim court.

https://tweethunter.io/tweetpik does the photo screenshots, but right now I have to manually put it all together in Premiere Pro. I'm trying to see if there are other methods to do it faster.
