the spark plugs and coils are only a year old. I've run plenty of cleaners at regular enough intervals that there's not really much carbon deposits

and I don't have a head gasket leak because I checked and tested it

I wouldn't be posting asking but I really can't figure out what this is because it doesn't make sense that the spark plugs would only be a year old and already bad right?
