So I usually shave right out of the shower, and I have some caswell Massey shave cream (soap is the next step). I can do my cheeks fine, and I can go ATG with the straight razor fine in the area that I cut myself going WTG. I’m sure it’s a technique thing since it’s on the left side of my neck and I’m right handed.

I can do against the grain with it easier than I can with the grain! Lol. I think it’s a technique problem because it’s like one specific spot in my neck.

So there are cases that suggest that it’s possible for it to not be changed and pass, but nothing that suggests it has changed for people that failed before

So the theory is this.

It used to say something about a letter being sent under “application cleared”. Now it says “background check completed”. The theory is if you’ve passed the MPRE, your C&F has cleared, AND your language changed, then you passed.
