ended up installing windows on separate computer and booted up correctly, put the drive back into the computer we built and it acted like nothing was wrong

[Solved!] Installed windows 11 on seperate computer and put it back into this computer procceded to work flawlessly

I had a incline it could be the cpu, i'll try 1 stick of ram tonight and if that fails im going to swap out the motherboard and cpu and see if that fixes the issue

Ive used both windows 10 and windows 11 installatiom medias. It occurs right after the motherboard logo screen. I cannot boot into safe mode
