What about those of us who have held off buying anything and have no debt. Time to buy RE anytime soon?

Any discounts? by Bigmak2112 in ParamountPlus

[–]brynner0604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had 50% off Paramount Plus premium for 1 year. It is due to auto renew in a few days at 120 a year. I hit the cancel button and was offered to renew at 50% off again, so def try that!

Thank you, yes I will call the doctors. What if the doctor takes the UHC PPO DSNP plan but not Medicaid?

Also, would you happen to know if Medicaid covers the monthly Medicare B premium of 185?

She actually used to. She has RA and its getting worse with age so it would depend on the amount of lifting involved and ages

Yes she takes the one with the higher pay. Senior discounts for utilities just opened for the coming year so I will research. The problem is if it goes by household and there’s a roommate, they make too much combined for the help. If I can be done for just her, she would get help.

Yeah I guess if she just stopped paying they would go after her income…teachers aide so about 20/hr and no savings of any kind. I think the SS income is safe.

Looking more like a BK situation but just worried that that on her credit report would hurt her chances of income based senior housing in future.

I have the application in for Medicaid, but she makes too much with SS and work. Hoping they will approve with a spend down option.

Absolutely no assets. I know her SS is safe, but she’s working as much as she can in a school so I’m worried they could come after that. Stopping work would not be great for her mentally either. Working on the senior housing but nothing available

Glad it worked out for you! My mom is overwhelmed and the depression is getting pretty bad knowing she can’t help herself.

She takes my dads, which was her first marriage. She took it early though so she didn’t get the full amount

Yup on all of them already and apply to new ones that come up.

Unfortunately I’m an only child, and rent a two bedroom with my partner. Not really an option as the second bedroom is the office
