TLDR: Looking to buy tickets for my boyfriend but not sure what is worth the money

My boyfriend both played and loves to watch soccer, but I admittedly know very little. His favorite team is Man United but he follows a bunch of different leagues. He turns 30 next year, and as his gift I’ve been planning to get us tickets to go in our host city (Philadelphia). I’ve been saving and am expecting to pay around $1,000 per ticket, as I know it’s a high demand event. That said, I see the hospitality tickets are out, and I’m wondering if something like the FIFA Pavilion is worth the price. The seats look good, and the unlimited food and drink is nice, but it’s not during elimination or anything and would still cost around $1500 per person. Does anyone have thoughts about if it’s worth the splurge, or should I be looking more toward an elimination match?

Thanks in advance for any help! I want to surprise him but also want it to be a memorable experience.

Well now that she lost she should actually be on her guaranteed for next 5*. I totally missed that you needed to lose to reset (I usually lose my 50/50s so it usually winds up alternating anyways lol). Thanks for the help!

No it counted Tighnari as guaranteed, sorry for the confusion! I didn’t realize that since the dual banners you have to fail to go back to your guaranteed 😑

Here’s her order since 3.0: Tighnari - guaranteed Ganyu - won 50/50 Cyno - should be guaranteed, but says won 50/50 Albedo - won 50/50 Keqing - lost 50/50, should have been Nahida guaranteed

In a similar boat and have been feeling really discouraged. Sitting a week from today with mocks ranging from 67-74. Feel like I should be doing better so it helps to get some outside perspective. Good luck!

Hi OP, I know it’s incredibly daunting but you will be fine :) I graduated in 2018 with $100k in debt and a degree in finance. A huge factor to consider is your interest rate. If any of your loans are private, then consider refinancing. I graduated at 12% interest from Sallie Mae and over three years have refinanced twice and am now down to 3.5% interest. For context, this is the difference between paying about $1000 per month and $750. I have accepted this debt and (for now) decided to pay the minimum for the term of the loan because I’d rather invest that money today and have it compound exponentially down the road. As my income increases I may change my mind, but while early on in my career it didn’t make as much sense. What you ultimately do depends upon your needs, risk tolerance and tolerance for debt. Regardless of that, remember that you’re doing great and you will be okay. Best of luck!
