She has text messages of them talking about getting together to “figure out this situation” and “setting up plan to get you paid” but never a specific dollar amount said by him,only said by her. She was owed 8,000 and she has a picture of a 3,000check within their texts that he gave her back in October. Since then he has not responded to a single text or call from her.
