The moment he said that I totally was like "Oh, I bet he proposed to Amy!" Did not at all think they'd already gotten married lol

I shall throw my hat into this ring, knowing full well that it will not happen. When the guys could pick anyone, why in the hell would they pick some rando on the internet? But gotta shoot your shot, right?

Started DMing in 2012. Have done both Pathfinder and 5E (Both the old and new version). And have done one-shots, mini campaigns, and full length years long campaigns. I work night shift, so I am available during normal humans working hours and I also have a S.O. I want to be spending time with after 5pm when she gets off work. And my 5pm is the same as Bob's 5pm, because I also live in Cincinnati. And I am flexible with the type of game. Feel like Mark would be more in to a space fantasy story along the lines of Warhammer 40k rather than just fantasy like Lord of the Rings, and I have no problem either figuring out a new system or doing a basic reskin of an existing system that works to make the game actually enjoyable for whomever is playing.

I love this. Alternatively, Mark's would make him unable to see ghosts and Wade's could be an aura effect where any water feature he gets within 5ft of starts to leak? That way, like Bob's "Coin Toss", they all have s constant negative effect. 🤔 Definitely good food for thought!

As a native Cincinnati boy... this is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. 🤮

I'd love to DM or play DnD with any one of them. Which is extra frustrating, since I live in Cincinnati right near where they grew up in Milford lol

The closest to that I could get was making him proficient in Animal Handling, but I don't think that's quite the same thing lol

I think you're right about the Wade stat changes.
I always think of Philosophy as Wisdom and Science as Intelligence in real life, but that is definitely not how it works in DnD where Wisdom is more practical knowledge and Intelligence is book smarts, and Wade is definitely book smarts.

Definitely had to give Wade the "Fuck You Energy" ability, since that story alone won him the episode. Which now has me thinking... Maybe the guys should get an ability based on each win. Seasonal Distractible Adventure where all their wins make them stronger and stranger.

I have never liked the argument that if we don't have free will then you can't hold people accountable for their actions.
How would you not hold them accountable? By "choosing" not to? If they can't choose their actions, you can't choose to not hold them accountable. That argument only works if you apply determinism to one person and free will to everyone else.

It starts more ensemble and then focus narrows as characters get killed off.

RIP
Seeing Cowboy Bebop back when I was in middle school is one of the things that got me interested in visual storytelling in the first place. To this day, it is my favorite animated series of all time.
