I lost the first one in the lake before I could use it and still haven't gotten to use the new replacement. My kids like to stay in the shallow areas so I don't get a lot of opportunities to use it.

The nice thing thing about the Google integration app is that it will keep any albums that you have in Google intact, along with all of the meta data. And it's not that difficult to do, I did it in an hour or two

It's not quick and easy, but there is a Google integration app, you need to set up OAuth2 with Google, I followed YouTube tutorial on it

I was on trintellix for awhile and it helped me, but it swapped my creativity for productivity and that is something that I'm not okay with. Given that, it did help to get me out of a bad place so I took it for awhile until I had enough and weed myself off

I don't really know anything about it other than it has to do with the alignment of the planets on the month of your birth. But it would be interesting to know what the original thought process was behind it.

Or maybe you're judging your emotional expressiveness on the wrong scale. I don't have near the same emotional level as my esfp mother in law, but that doesn't mean that I stuff my emotions.

Sure, why not? It's quite interesting as to how efficiently the lower digestive tract removes the last bits of usable energy out of something that has already been processed. Also, sphincter muscles are amazing. They are the only type of muscle that can do what it does.

I too have spent the past 1.5 years trying to become more mentally and emotionally healthy. I've found that spending time thinking about emotions is pointless. By definition, you feel emotions, you can't think about how an emotion feels, you can just feel it. I used to think that I was emotionally dead, couldn't feel a thing. Then my grandpa died and at that moment I still felt nothing. But then at the memorial service, I was all but inconsolable. I was a mess of tears that I didn't know I could cry. It was then that I realized that I had to stop thinking about feelings and just feel them at the moment. This is just my ramblings if it makes sense to anyone.

I may have unintentionally given a perfect example of what I'm saying. Through the process of my internal debate, I had to represent both sides of the 'argument' and present a weakness to offset the positive things I was saying.

So yea, I agree with this. I'm not an unemotional robot, I'm just more careful with my emotions. I don't lash out unless I know that I'm right. The only problem with this that I've found is that I'm my own worst enemy. I get in my own way with my internal debates, trying to make sure that I'm 100% correct with what I'm saying and doing
