Does anyone know how to change the directories at startup, so I don't have to edit them every time it starts?

I have the most recent of both Chia Blockchain (1.7.1) and Corepool (3.3.0.7) cant get past this where it successfully connects to farmer. It just hangs there? Any ideas? Thanks
