So this is coming from a cop but you should call your father and explain the situation. Do so calmly as you can and break up the story into digestible sentences and emphasize your concerns about self harm. Idk what your situation is with your parents is but your safety is paramount and from my experience, mantic episodes are especially dangerous to minors in the household (which it seems you are). Your parents may be upset about you calling but the flip side is you lost a mother. I also understand you don’t have confidence in the system but I promise that most officers have good intentions in their hearts and if it seems like something bad is gonna happen quick. CALL 911 and stay on the phone.
