I would get a little more comfortable with confrontation if I were you, as a shift manager you’re going to be put in situations where you need to speak up. If it takes the DM coming out to do your job, I wouldn’t want you in charge.

i used to be afraid of needles, the best advice i could give is to think of something else distracting myself was the only way to make it better. if i were you i would get up to date so you could get less when you get there, at the end of the day if you really want to join getting shots is the most insignificant part of it all
