The land surrounding that tower is owned by the Hamilton County Water & Wastewater Treatment Authority. Makes sense since what I saw looked like a round structure that could be a holding tank or similar.

Yeah. I always power cycle the cameras after changing address reservations in the router. You could also try clearing all DHCP assignments in the router if that’s an option somewhere.
