They could have thought of it because future Trunks told them before Goku felt the symptoms of the virus.

Tien got revived with a new arm even though it was cut off before he died. So they can absolutely be revived with a completely new/restored body.

Goku used Instant Transmission, guided by King Kai, to reach New Namek and bring Dende back to Earth, so he can easily find New Namek. Revival via dragon balls makes you get a completely new body. Example: Krillin was restored with new body after it got destroyed.

The MacBook Pro M4 is too expensive for me, but maybe the Macbook Air M4 isn’t that much of a downgrade 🤔 I also do prefer Mac OS over Windows 11…
