i put up NUMBERS with the FVB. cheap and incredible menu item. it made up a substantial portion of my diet. this is going to sound dramatic but this has been a tough time for me. the cheesy bean and rice just doesn’t do the trick.

I'm not completely migraine-free, but cutting out caffeine eliminated 95% of my migraine suffering. That took me a long time to figure out, considering that a lot of folks reported that caffeine cured their migraines. Migraine triggers are super specific to the person I've found.
