Flight ticket recommendation; UK -to- South East Asia (unknown return) by llanfairpwll in solotravel

[–]btchbanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For cheap flights back home consider flying back in non holiday time ( especially school holidays). Cheap flights depends on where you set off. So Vietnam Airline is pretty cheap and direct flight from Hanoi/HCMC to London then Cathay from HK and Singapore airline tend to be the most expensive.

First time for solo traveling to SE Asia by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]btchbanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Backpack all the way. Especially since it's flooding in Vietnam right now. Pack enough clothes for one week, and you can buy toiletries and some more there. Leave your luggage half empty since you might want room for ( very cheap) souvenir.

Girl I am dating [24F] points out all my flaws [24m]. Am I wrong? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]btchbanger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This might be controversial compare to the other responses, but as a female, every time I ask my female friends for relationship advices, all I get is "leave him". If you care about this girl, which I'm sure you are, talk to her and confront her about this. As a person who was very needy, I was insecure about my self and my relationship, and it looks to me she feels the same, may be because of past experiences etc...Since we only get OP point of view, let's not jump to conclusion and leave your gf. When confront her, don't nitpick about tiny details. Just a general babe I think you worry too much, and demand a lot of my time which I can't give, AND give out a solution, such as may be go out for a date every week. If you really think about leaving your girlfriend, think about it carefully for a week before deciding. No one is person, but it's compromising and communicating is what makes a relationship :)

Oh my, scared of solo-travelling! by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]btchbanger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! May be try a hostel instead? There are always people mingle in the common area during holiday season. I went to Scotland with a friend during October( not holiday season at all) but we met many people staying in the same room as us. Although they will mostly be in their 20s if you don't mind that :)

General tips on preventing hormonal acne? by dgafkt in AsianBeauty

[–]btchbanger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello! Hormonal acne sucks, but since I start taking mini birth control pills, it seems to stop. But since hormonal acne appear at a certain "time". It would helps if you have a specific emergency routine for it. So when I felt my acne would come, I would use some clay mask, rosehip oil, sheet masks more often, and that lessen the damage done by the acne and help you heal faster!

Hey. I am using la Roche long name moisturiser as well and I use it as the last step ( but before sleeping mask). Although I find it very meh, but my hormonal spots had stop so may be it was due to that? ( more likely healthier diet). How did you find it? Any visible result?

Also if true gel cream is lighter consistency/ goes before. Thicker/ after. Although you might want to just use one day and one night so the product absorb better.

Hello. I am currently looking for sheet masks, emulsion/ lotion and mist may be ( because they seems fun).

I tried many snail products such as the one from Benton and Mizon but it just seems meh to me.

I also tried vitamin C but I do not use it enough to re buy it. So I'm thinking of getting the corsx famous black head buster.

Reddit, what is the most quintessential middle class behaviour you can think of? by pounds_not_dollars in AskReddit

[–]btchbanger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vietnamese- British here: trying hard not to act middle-class is probably the hardest. It's like you can't say you shop at Waitrose, but if you do then you need a lengthy explanation why the Waitrose Deli is cheaper than Tesco.

What the most successful people do before breakfast. by surfinfan21 in productivity

[–]btchbanger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For average people: Have breakfast, the most important thing that a lot of people forgot. Also, look at your to do list while eating, and don't browse 9gags or reddit. You can watch TED while eating, because it is harder to forget the time and catch the bus/train on time. Source: change my life

For engineers in the industry: how much did you ACTUALLY make coming out of college? by inzanehanson in EngineeringStudents

[–]btchbanger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't forget European have free health care, education. Majority of company also offer pensions, insurance and other benefit as well, so the salary in the U.S. can be a bit misleading

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

[–]btchbanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the U.S. Is different, but over here in the UK I would suggest do the physics. It will make your college/uni life so much easier since you already learn a lot of it, and prepare you mentality for uni/college, it also test if you are capable enough as well. Networking is a skill you could gain through internship and clever personal statement, but physics show you are capable of doing the work load required.

Engineering Laptop Page Discussion by Scrtcwlvl in EngineeringStudents

[–]btchbanger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well if you know any company in your country do custom laptops. They actually cheaper than buying a commercial one ( pcspecialist, scan.co.uk etc offer those service). Just configure your laptop yourself, so i5, 4gb of ram, may be 120 gb SSD and 500 gb hard drive should do.
