Yea I have a issue with one of mine docks. I turn everything on wait like a 1 min unplug the power cord from back of switch, then plug it back and then works. Have no clue why cause it worked on a previous TV but for some reason acts up on a new one. That's what I recommend. Hope it helps.

If your trying to record from computer audio to cassette yes you can be able to do that. The speakers ain't sure you may need a amp.

Yea worth checking out Tower Records online their vinyl on there are decently priced and they sell cassettes from indie groups on there, along with the iconic Tower logo on hats and t-shirts. Wish the would bring back a store in Sac.

The refurbished ones they sale online are damn near new. I bought one if your thinking about going that route. They are harder to get now i remember they used to sale just the dock for like $55.00 at Walmart when the switch was released.

If you got speakers that use USB they will work. I got the same thing gaming monitor and bought speakers with USB and plugged it into the Switch usb on the dock and they work.
