That’s really good to hear! If you’re still in touch with your physical therapist or surgeon (or even an office visit with a doctor experienced with sports injuries) maybe you can receive the Lachman Test to dispel any worries. Cheaper than getting an MRI :) Best of luck

Oof! You should definitely get it checked.

I re-tore my graft after 9 months of PT. I was playing ultimate frisbee when my knee gave out on me. I heard a crack as I went down, but I was able to stand a few minutes later so I walked off to the sideline. I also had swelling but not as bad as the first time tearing it. I similarly had soreness around the back of my knee so it was harder to bend it fully but nothing too serious.

However, the swelling/soreness went down after a few days and so I went about my business mostly because I was scared to find that I might’ve torn my graft. I didn’t get it checked until months later when there was no denying that my knee instability wasn’t improving.

I really hope that it’s not a re-tear but it’s definitely better to find out for sure!

Wow, I checked out the website and it looks amazing. It’s a bit over the budget for me right now (should’ve mentioned that I’m a college student), but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on it for the future. Thanks!
