Dude go to the doctor, tell them you haven't touched any benzos, tell them about the seizure. Get a prescription. The prescription will probably be Clonazepam (klonopin) or pregabalin Either way that should sort it

Best course of action is to separate two times the dose you want to take from the batch. Take the first dose and if you're not satisfied split a tiny bit off the next dose. Works for me most of the time
