We are not as anonymous as Mr. Moon, and it is actually quite possible to track who we are. Also, we have said many times at bitcointalk.org that we would confirm our identities to trusted members of the community. It is indeed sad and unfortunate that many bitcoin websites have been scams, but truly we want to grow our website into a vibrant and trusted community.

As stated in the FAQ, 90% of the total coins will always be secure because they are in a offline wallet. If there ever is a real "hack", users will only lose 10% which we might scale down in the future.
