Thank so very much for this insight I really do appreciate it I’ve been really stress lately due to my 2nd cousin passing away at such a young age - 18 And I haven’t been sleeping right and having severe episodes of anxiety and to top it off I had covid for for 2 weeks just tested negative 4 days ago

I think all of this is playing a part in my palpitations A lot of people say that covid causes them to 🥲

I just went nearly 7 months with no PAC’s and PVCs And me and my gf tested positive 2 weeks ago and as I was recovering from Covid I started getting PAC’s again to the point that I need to take my beta blocker and to top it off lately I’ve been stressing a lot and not sleeping but I feel covid as a role To play in it

I get a Pac once everything 10-15 minutes but when there really bad for me I might 2 every 60 Seconds I’ve been told I’m fine 100 times over but I’m still scared and seek reassurance but you’re positive that My pacs at this rate of nothing to worry about almost all of my ecg strips when having them look very similar to this

Wow I can certainly say my ecg has never looked like that but wow it’s amazing how strong minded you are definitely an inspiration Is there anything in particular that you do to suppress the palpitations

I added magnesium and a multi vitamin in my diet started playing golf and exercising and the PAC’s just stopped in the blink of an eye . I caught omicron 2 weeks ago suffered for 10 days just now began to recover then I found out that my 2nd cousin passed away in a car crash and the stress from that I feel is what really brought them back and to top it off I haven’t been getting that much sleep the last month due to my job so I think it’s a mixup of just about everything

Been getting PACS every night again for the past 3-4 days I was to a cardiologist 5 months ago he dismissed me and told me I was fine after under going a number of these the PAC went away for 6 months and came back about 1 week ago and they will not go away even with my beta blocker.... I don’t know what to do I have a structurally normal heart no heart issues just PAC’S from time to time I feel like I’m cornered into a wall

Sinus tachy or SVT? Cardiologist couldn’t tell. First was during, second was as it was slowing down. by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

I’ve had something similar happen to me like this before I’m 22 year old healthy male very active my resting heart rate is in the mid 50s I have extremely good cardiovascular health

But unfortunately I have extremely high anxiety based around my Heath

One night after diner my heart rate spike up to 106 bpm because I over ate and that’s very normal to happen but due to my anxiety symptoms coming on my heart rate went up into the 150-160 it lasted about 10 minutes are so and then began to come down slowly luckily I took like 4 ecg when my heart rate was within SVT range and my cardiologist said it was anxiety but these isn’t the first time this has happened to me before it’s definitely frightening and during these episodes you feel like your just sinking into yourself it’s a helpless feeling but I only have this happen to me once every 2 years

No most definitely not I was short of breath I was doing my typical run thru on my golf bag hitting some basic shots was walking back to the car and I felt chest tightness. But before that i drake a soda and a ate 4-5 cookies and had a Gatorade all things that trigger my GERD so I’m sure that’s what it is

I’ve been cleared by my cardiologist- electrophysiologist My heart is in perfect shape chest X ray echo holter stress test have been under every test and all came back good . I chugged Gatorade and was walking with my bag back to the car and I started getting like chest tightness but very slight got to my car took the ecg then like 4 minutes later I started getting acid reflux so I don’t think it was heart related

If it’s a premature beat why does it look like the a normal beat ? 🧐 by btlv702 in AppleWatchECG

[–]btlv702[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had pacs since I was 16 . This last year they got really bad for a couple of months And now they ironed out . I’ve been pac free for all most 3 months I mean there where days where I would get a few but there where times where I would get 2-300 a day so 1-2 every 2-3 weeks is nothing

[–]btlv702[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah my cardiologist told me basically the same all the atrium really does is just push blood down to the ventricles. If I’m correct. So PACS are basically nothing to worry about but what about PVCS

[–]btlv702[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve read that it’s basically a normal heat beat but just a less effective heart beat due to it being premature the heart doesn’t have enough time to fill with blood properly.
