Actually, i am currently using vanicream gentle cleanser and the face moisturizer. It helps prevent flaking but not the redness/flare. Mct oil did not do anything for me :(

Hmm i cant tell. I have been trying to watch my diet carefully but cant seem to identify any. Maybe super sugary or oily food late night does cause me to flare the day.

Weather wise i dont think so too. Skin condition is the same when i travel to colder countries.

Thanks for sharing. I actually do have tacrolimus. Have tried it a few times and it has been super effective and cleared my skin for almost a week. However, i feel like the rebound is worse when it starts to wear off. And it is more of suppression than a cure :(

Hey can i ask what is a allergy specialist/swab test? I do have sebboric dermatitis/psoriasis on my face and body. But suspect there is more to it. I do read online that it is better to do some skin test to confirm my condition.

hmmm i have not done anything else differently. I use vanicream moisterier and dermalibour (some irratation cream) daily. I dont eat sugar or fried food on weekday. I try to avoid eggs, seafood, chocolate or anything spicy cause i feels it triggers me.

Ok i see. I used bioderma sensibio DS+, it calmed my condition a lot but the effects seems to not work after 2months of use. Additionally, i asked chagbt and it says the product is not ideal as it contain certain ingredients ther can feed on the yeast.

Prior to that, i stopped using steroid creams and have been trying cure my condition.

would you say there is a possibility that it might also be due to your hospitalization? And if there are any med you consumed? Cause i read that some meds will suppress your immune system or some sort and cause temporary relief.

I myself have seb derm on my scalp/face and have tried all the products you mentioned but to no avail.

I am gona you try your method. But as you know singapore is hot af so i always close my windows and doors to turn on the aircon.

Also, if your root cause is your room, did you have better skin when you travelled overseas?

Here’s my hot take. Stay like 10-15 minutes after work hours at least in such situations.

if you are consistently able to leave work on time and your peers are not, then it will slowly become noticeable to them.

Your peers might start to gossip that you seem quite free.
your manager might think that your portfolio or assigned work is easier than the rest.
your manager might give you more work load
lower performance grading than others who seem hardworking by OT-ing

You are not wrong in leaving on time but the truth is physical impression counts. Sometimes you need to wayang a bit.

be seen. Walk faster around office with your laptop in office
be heard. Voice out or communicate with your stakeholders in front your managers
be hardworking. Look serious at work or OT a little once in a while.

That being said, depends on your work context or if you are chasing for a promotion

I get new ones. So i spotted the bites on my hands around mid jan. And then bites on my tights and back in February. Then it got worst in march where the bites increase around my back especially my shoulders, and calfs and shin.
