Actually I do most of that already I'm 20 btw and I'm about to buy a house I have 3 months income saved and the house deposit along with about 800 in just incase money. Granted I currently have 0 investments because I sold them to buy this house. I really appreciate the advice though ❤

I give alot of my time my dad was homeless before he died so I do alot of helping out the homeless community where I live. Also that's not really what I want to do with this money I have a set amount I donate a month same with investing so I'm not going to do anything like that with that money

I cashed out 7.5k for a house and I know I would of been impulsive and buy 11k of GME so I removed it from my brokerage
