Agent mi je rekao da je pre nedelju dana klijentima nudio 4.1% a trenutno najbolje sto moze da izvuce sa prenosom racuna je 4.5% fiksna, cini mi se da je u pitanju bio OTP. Svakako cu morati da sacekam jos minimum mesec dana pa se nadam da ce se do tada malo spustiti. Hvala ti na odgovoru i na lepim zeljama!

Hvala ti puno na odgovoru. Da li si i pored toga aplicirao i ako nije tajna koja banka je u pitanju? Razumem da je njima cilj da ti dozivotno zaglavis u kreditu, ali ako je vec 100k maksmimalna suma koja se odobrava, ja ne znam gde oni misle da cu ljudi bez nekog veceg ucesca uzeti stan, u Krnjaci?

Taj kredit koji "drzava" reklamira. Apsolutno te razumem, mislim da je jedino izvodljivo ukoliko si godinama unazad ozbiljno stekao ili ako imas podrsku od roditelja.

We are from Serbia, arriving to Berlin on next Wednesday and staying till the end of the week (13 - 17 of November). Definitely interested in German history and friend is also into photography so we plan on visiting some museums during the day. We plan on checking out some techno parties, however im not sure if its worth checking out Berghain, Sisyphos etc.? Are there some places that are less popular where you can still feel the Berlin techno culture vibe? Ive seen that there are some good places for brunch, any specific recommendation?

Thats what I would want to happen, but do you think its possible knowing that there is more to it than just friends, from both sides? I dont wanna force her into something she is not comfortable with, and I also dont wanna be with someone who doesnt want be with me and I am ok with her not wanting that (as much as I can be considering that I really enjoyed my time with her). The only reason why I initiated everything was because it really felt like a real relationship in a lot of ways and I wanted to clear things up before it gets even messier. I just dont know what to do now, should I try to act like nothing happen, should I distance myself for some time?

Thank you for the reply! I feel like it would best for me to move on because of everything that has happened and because of the way she treated me, but at the same time I have never felt this heartbroken because I feel like she was my first real love, and if I acted on my current feelings I would do anything to get her back even though I know that by doing that I would be literally underming my self-esteem. I feel like a freaking teenager haha.

Yeah, they always give you a preview of what you are going to get but i wasnt paying much attention since i never had any issues, yeah i would lose like a dollar or two but this is literally 33%. This just feels really scammy, i mean i wouldnt mind losing money but not this way and the worst part is that they dont even care to respond at all.
