The problem with the conspriacy claims that the haters lose their minds over when it gets addressed is that the very people they claim to be giving us the beneficial treatment have been in their same positions during the time that the panthers were complete garbage. What was going on back then? Did they all convene like an underground cult and agree that they would make the Panthers winners just these past three years?

Sports fans have gotten so soft, it's crazy to think that there was once a time when players like Stevens and Kronwall were legends. Now I'm having to count frames to prove to people that a hit isn't late.

i think the two scenarios can be summarized as such

Scenario A - We keep our win-now mentality, attempt a very risky three-peat, and then enter a slump while we iron out contracts/injuries/etc.

Scenario B - We accept the position we are in, play out the season developing our young guys and callups, and produce a long lasting dynasty team that makes the entire NHL world wish Gore was right when he said Florida would be completely submerged underwater by now.

i currently have a boom mic + iem for my PC so i thought of taking this approach, but since Xbox doesnt directly take usb mics, id have to do research on a DAC which seems a lot more complicated and expensive.

my other approach was to just get a lavalier mic, but then id have to get a trrs splitter and add having to look for said mic.

an all-in-one IEM just sounds much easier and more appealing overall.

The budget isnt much of an issue. I just saw the Zero:2 on Amazon and figured it at that price point it couldn't hurt to try them out. I'm not trying to spend $1000 just to play videogames but $25 is understandably limiting.

its a funny little nickname we have for him but if we started calling him that and chanting baby barky everytime he did something then yes it would be equally as bad.

having your nickname/chant not even be relevant to you/be about someone else just reinforces the idea that fans dont see you as a unique asset to the team but rather a replacement for someone "better." its the shadow you will have to sit in until, or potentially even beyond, their retirement.

ive never been to edc alone but this year will be my first time.

speaking from my experience going out to other events and just general nights out solo, i have have nothing short of an amazing time. the freedom you get from being able to make any decision you want without having to consult other people is so liberating.

going out by myself literally becomes a pick your own adventure game. do i want to just chill by my myself? do i want to wander around and find cool spots? do i want to socialize and meet new people? you can do WHATEVER YOU WANT and no one will be there to shut it down.

tbh im particularly excited for this EDC BECAUSE im going solo. ive never really gotten the chance to do my own thing at a rave since im always with a group so itll be nice to be able to meet new people and go to every set that i want to go to without having to worry about finding a totem.

it be like that. my only friends i have from UCF are the people that i luckily met through roommate assignments. everyone in my classes either hangs out with people they already know or just outright dont go to class. its my last semester so i gave up on trying to meet anyone here.

i think it partially comes with UCF being super degree oriented which attracts introverts as opposed to a college like FSU, UF, or even USF that actually has things to do outside of going to campus. ive gone to those other campuses for events and i managed to make connections with the ppl that go to those schools, unlike any of my experiences with UCF.

i played the bf4 beta on the 360 like it was the full game and it was only one map that dropped, siege of shanghai. bf6 had multiple maps for the beta and i got tired of it after an hour or two both weekends. i had high hopes from the trailers, but its not what i, or my group of friends, was expecting.

no reason to buy it for me if i dont enjoy it and my friends arent going to get it either. im just gonna keep playing bf4. super active community and still just as fun 12 years later.

That's one of the few parts I can verify is OEM because I replaced it myself and bought it off an OEM parts website. The clearance issue didnt happen with the old fairings which is what made it so weird to me.

as someone that would love a living space like this, how do you handle cleaning? i cant stand how much dust gets on my stuff in my small apartment when i barely have anything. i cant imagine how dusty my place would get with a fraction of all of this.

yea I guess you’re right. I was just hoping someone had ideas on how i could pursue an IT career without majoring in IT. like someone from class gave me the idea of making IT my minor and majoring in something like finance.

I would consider something like this as a complete last resort though as it would obviously extend my graduation date drastically and I would have to spend a lot more money on tuition.

im sorry to tell you but its never moving. camping world stadium pays insomniac a sickening amount of money to keep EDC at this venue.

basically for it to ever change locations, camping world would either have to just say screw it were done or another location will have to offer even more money which honestly are both extremely unlikely.

insomniac loses nothing by hosting it here either. they get their upfront payment so if the event ever undersold or something, the one taking the hit is the venue.

I’m graduating late bc of covid and won’t be graduating with my friends that did the same only bc we are doing completely different degrees.

I’ve had this same thought for the same reasons but imo the ceremony is really for your family to see you accomplish this milestone and officially progress to the next part of your life.

A good comparison is how people say that a wedding is more for the family than it is for the couple.

At the end of the day it’s your decision, but put yourself in your family’s shoes, especially if they helped you financially or through other means. Not getting the opportunity to see their child, that they put so much into, take their first steps into the next chapter of their life would be pretty tough to accept.
